What does the Parable of the Rich Man and Lazarus have to do with whether or not
Enoch died? I don't see a connection; Enoch was clearly an exceptional case, not

No. God is independent, hence He cannot be subject to anything
outside Himself.

This is within Himself, and has nothing to do with creation.

I would say that a truly good God defines good because He IS Good.
He is truth.

A being COULD be omnipotent and evil.

Such a theoretical being is the god of Calvinism.
