I see you are referring to Hebrews 9:16. Interesting fact about that
scripture is that the "testator" (or covenanter) himself does not have
to die.
In the Sinaitic covenant that Yahweh made with Israel God, the
covenanter, did not die. For certainly Yahweh cannot die.
The way to understand that scripture is that the _human_ covenanter
provides the death. Moses was the human covenanter of the "old"
Covenant with Israel while Jesus was human covenanter of the "new"
covenant with the "Israel of God". Animal sacrifices took the place of
Moses' blood while Jesus' blood made the "new" coveant valid.

No, the world is represented by the Parable of the wheat and the tares.
The Church is the wheat. The tares are not a part of the body of
Christ, unless you hold that part of the body will be burned and
excluded from the "barn".
