Classic: "Unable to do anything about." Exactly. You think
man IS able to do something about his salvation. THAT is
salvation by works. Period. I don't care if you believe
in salvation by works, I'm just bothered that you don't
admit it.

You haven't managed to come up with an argument that explains
your internally contradictory sentences like:

1. God controls everything, but He doesn't control sin.

2. After we show God we're worthy, He grants us salvation.

None of the characters in any "fictional" book I've read
had any will. Their "wills" were the creations of the
author.

I admire Lewis a lot. I agree with some of his theology,
but not with all of it. He went off base on some things.
