(~) Create in Me

Psalms 51
10 Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me.
11 Cast me not away from thy presence; and take not thy holy spirit from
me. 12 Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation; and uphold me with thy
free spirit.

How is your mood today? Joyful? Angry? Happy? Sad? Irritable?

Our mood has a great impact upon our lives and upon the lives of people
around us. Your Christian witness can be destroyed because of your mood.

David asked God to renew a "right" spirit within him. With God's help,
David was able to restore the "joy" of having a relationship with God.

If your day has started wrong or if you're in a bad mood today then take a
moment to ask God to "renew a right spirit" within you.

"The heart is the rudder of the soul, and till the Lord take it in hand we
steer in a false and foul way. -- C.H. Spurgeon"

Take the time to praise Him and recognize his presence in your life. May
God bless your day with hope,

Do they? Is that a human principle, or God's? And regardless of whose principle
it is, is it applicable in the same way to humans as to God? I don't think so.

No. That does not follow unless you assume a wrong answer to my questions above.
