I would use the words "many do not appreciate and respond properly to
his love", rather than "many do not receive His love." As, the way I
look at it, he gives his live to all his creation.

I agree that many of the early church and also down through history,
and even today, look much to highly upon Jerusalem, rather than to
compare it to Sodom. But, that is life.

Who am I to say there will be any that are not one of them? There are
a lot of people who got a lot of bad stuff inside them. They have no
feeling for anyone but themselves. Maybe when their dross is burned
away, what is left can be regenerated and God will save that refined
remnant. There is speculation that all will be saved. Of course, the
word that Ninevah got was that they were doomed in 40 days. But, the
King of Ninevah thought that God might change his mind. Ninevah was not
destroyed in 40 days. God will do what he wants to
