But this does NOT say the same thing as your "preaching of the Word
which creates faith in the hearer." Not by a long shot. For the 'by' in "by the
word of God" is NOT an agent or an agency, but only some mediate circumstance.
See Smyth under "Prepositions: DIA + genitive".

But it would have to be an agent or agency to justify your 'creates'. So once
more, you are hiding your bad theology under worse philology.
