What is this "22" of which you speak? Revelations 5:11 "...and the number of
them..." was somewhat more than one hundred million, about 1.5% of the world

If a person disobeyed the Law, intentionally, Numbers 15:30-31 says
that = blaspheming YHVH and that required cutting off.
So if someone disobeyed the #1 commandment, to love YHVH, that means
they are committing blasphemy or acting like a pagan/uncircumcised
person who is not a child of YHVH. So you can say that a person with
an uncircumcised heart is one who does not love YHVH as their Father.
Jews who do not love YHVH as their Father are not His children. They
have been cut off as Mosaic Law requires.
Only YHVH, Himself, would be able to discern a person's heart. We
should be very careful in making such a judgement. If you think that
your statement is so important, ask yourself where you and many other
Christians fall. Is YHVH your Father or do you just want
