>Did you actually _read_ these verses you cite? How could you miss
>_whose_ the
>glory was? IT was not Moses's, nor Elijah's. It was Christ's glory.

You are getting more obtuse the more you write. I did not deny Jesus
the glory. I said nothing about Moses and Elijah shining brighter than
the sun, and whose clothes became whiter than any fuller could do. *Pay
attention* Read the words before you get to your reply.

>And both would be shocked at the idea of anyone using these
>similarities to argue the Christ was not far, far greater than Moses.

What?!? Who said I was? I'm beginning to think you are having a
conversation with yourself? How on earth could you go on that tangent
from what I wrote? Yes Jesus was the "greater Moses". PAY ATTENTION.
Your misplaced zeal to win an argument and defend your unBiblical
opinion is causing you to assume too much.

>>Leaving that aside, we already know that
>>Elijah was in heaven with God,

>no he wasn't.

>Yes, he was.

No he wasn't.

"Moreover no man has ascended into heaven but he that descended from
heaven, the Son of Man" (John 3:13) Elijah died centuries before Jesus
said this. So if Elijah didn't got to heaven where was he all that
time?

> And as they still went on and talked, behold, a chariot of
> fire and horses of fire separated the two of them.
> And Eli'jah went up by a whirlwind into heaven. (2Ki 2:11 RSVA)

>There is no way for you to get around those words!

Don't need to. Perhaps if you actually understood scripture you
wouldn't worry about it. What "heavens" are being referred to here? As
you should know birds also fly in "heaven". This would not mean they
were flying in the spiritual realm. Look up the word used for heaven in
that verse. How do I know Elijah did not go to a spiritual realm? See
John 3:13- the same reason I know the written warning from Elijah
likely occurred in his lifetime. J-O-H-N- 3:13. Even if it didn't he
still wasn't in heaven when it came.

>So no, you prove nothing with your careless claims, based on even more
>reckless eisegesis.

Once again tragic irony.
