By Christ's death God was propitiated. Hence God can save
anyone whom He chooses. God chooses to save all infants who
die in infancy. ( My opinion based upon knowing what God
is like.)

It's clear that you don't understand, because I would never make such a
claim. What I claim is that an unregenerate man cannot have faith in
Christ.

I know what God says. But, once again, you put a spin on this verse
that simply isn't warranted.

Boasting is excluded because it is God who gives the faith. Except in
your system where some men have it and others don't. In your system,
those who have faith can brag "look what I did! I believed because of
some quality that I have that another doesn't."
