I'm sorry, Loren, I also have the very same volume you do. Maybe I
can use the page numbers from the text you have in the future, if
we continue.

The work I cite is also available in "A Dictionary of the Bible," ed. by
James Hastings, v. 4, pp. 47-63. Pub. N. Y. by Charles Scribner's Sons;
also from Biblical Doctrines, pp. 3-66.

the bottom of the page, to be exact.
