Gal.3:15-17 agrees, except for your exclusion of the Mosaic covenant.
What basis do you have for that exception?
In fact all covenants have clauses for exclusion. The Noahide said
that God will demand an accounting for disobedience from all people and
even the animals.
The Abrahamic says that if a male is not circumcised, he will be cut
off.
The Mosaic says that intentional disobedience, without repentance and
unpromised mercy from YHVH, will result in your being cut off (even the
gentiles who believe in YHVH [gers]are under this clause]
Numbers15:30-31.
The NC will not be accepted by all of Israel only the remnant. The
others will be cut off.
And the gentiles who refuse to come up to the Feast of Tabernacles in
Jerusalem, thereby showing their acceptance of the Law of YHVH (the
Mosaic Law),will also be cut off.
All covenants of YHVH have conditions
