Apparently you are also unschooled in the doctrine of grace. Read
Chafer. Read "The Psychology of Faith" by BBW, vol 9, p 313.

How typical of you, Loren, to post this long post filled with drivel, without
even _addressing_ the fundamental point Bart raised! You go on and on putting
down that 'Lutheran' church, when you have still not provided a _shred_ of
evidence that they _are_ Lutheran!

This shows that you did not even really listen to Bart's objection. For the
whole point of it was not every church that calls itself 'Lutheran' really IS
Lutheran. And you ignored this point completely.

Do _all_ 'Christians' of your denomination ignore Prv 18:14, or is it just you?
