Gal.3:15-17 agrees, except for your exclusion of the Mosaic covenant.
What basis do you have for that exception?
In fact all covenants have clauses for exclusion. The Noahide said
that God will demand an accounting for disobedience from all people and
even the animals.
The Abrahamic says that if a male is not circumcised, he will be cut
off.
The Mosaic says that intentional disobedience, without repentance and
unpromised mercy from YHVH, will result in your being cut off (even the
gentiles who believe in YHVH [gers]are under this clause]
