Why do you say this? How many Gods/gods are there? One, right?
I suppose that Christians don't understand what you mean by "god",
since, as Muslims might say, there are no Gods but God.

That is the point, isn't it? That there is one God and the 'human
judge'
(in your example) is THE GOD.

Again, isn't this the point?
Is the (small-w) word translated as "with" the confusion?

Matthew,
We both know that God has the ability to do everything, anything that He
wants. But it doesn’t mean that he does everything without limit.. For
example, God “cannot Lie” - Titus 1:2. That doesn’t mean that it makes
God, a lesser God, less powerful, because God cannot lie. This points to
the fact that, although God has all these powerful abilities, that He will
always use his abilities without limit. He sets limit to his own self and
not that He has limitations. God can choose to know and not know some
things. It is upon His discretion.
This is the same for His quality to be anywhere or everywhere he wants to.
The Bible scriptures support the fact that God does not dwell and live on
unholy places. He “left” and “abandoned” people who disobeys him. (Jug
3:1, 2:23) If He LEFT these people, then He is not IN these wicked people
