There are a lot better trolls on USENET than you.
Yes, the verse is clear. It's clear that the word
"and" does not appear. It says nothing like "faith
is the following two things", but instead clarifies
"the assurance of things hoped for" with "the conviction
of things not seen." Everyone know it. Even you.

And again you give no argument, but only suggest that
there might be an argument. I notice that you
cut the verse from Romans that puts the lie to your
nonsense:
Romans 8:24 For in this hope we were saved. But hope that
is seen is no hope at all. Who hopes for what he already has?
"Hope that is seen is no hope at all". What could be
clearer? Nothing.

You have yet to put forth an argument. So I
suppose it "stands" vacuously. But so what?
Both verses contradict you. If you have a way
to wiggle out of it, then let's see it. Otherwise,
it's very clear to all that you're just hiding behind
bravado.

Lars, if you only even believed what you yourself write you
could be released from your prison of death.
The above is a direct quote of
Colossians 1:16
