You're changing the argument. The unregenerate do respond
to God. Their will is bound, so they have no choice but
to flee.

You haven't, in all these posts, made an argument in support
of free will other than that it seems right to your intuition.
You site verses, but they don't mean what you wish they
meant.

No, but the question then becomes "foreknowledge of what"? If we're
dealing with the question of salvation, Scripture clearly states "not of
human will or effort" (Rom 9:6) and "who were born ... not of the will
of the flesh or of the will of man". (John 1:13). So, for salvation,
God's foreknowledge is not based on what man does.
