I would prefer the word "opportunity" as opposed to chance.

Actually, this case has happened twice recently here in
Florida. In both cases the person drove through a red
light and kill someone.
All the law did was to take away their licsense.
Big woop.
I think that they should have been guilty of a minimum
of manslaughter.

How do I know about a baby's will? I can hardly remember
