No doubt about it the Pharisees wanted to remove Jesus because he was a
challenge to their authority- same wiitht he Romans for the charge of
sedition was a threat against Caesar. BUt why did God allow Jesus to be
brutally murdered? Why did Jesus allow it when he could have summoned
"twelve legions of angels" to obliterate his enemies? Afterall one
angel killed 80,000+ persons in the past.

Greetings George:
I wrote in another post that I have been a Elder in two
Calvinistic churches, one very large, and another smaller one.
I know many Calvinists, and most are very wonderful, gracious,
loving people. It is primarily the Calvinistic theologians who give
such a bad name to Calvinism, for they really understand what
Calvinism is all about.

The people are very decent human beings. The Doctrine TULIP is
worse that a doctrine of devils.

Have you read any of Loren's posts here? How about James White?
Really, most of the Calvinistic theologians teach this.
