Eathan, man cannot obey the law. We sin is all that we do.
But we can receive the free gift of salvation by believing
in Christ. Regeneration comes through faith and not faith
through regeneration.

Stop using you faulty logic and listen to God.

1 Timothy 2:4 Who will have all men to be saved, and to come unto the
knowledge of the truth.

2 Peter 3:9 The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men
count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any
should perish, but that all should come to repentance.

Deuteronomy 30:19 I call heaven and earth to record this day against
you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing:
therefore choose life, that both thou and thy seed may live:

Your entire objection here is answered by the kenosis. You refuse to
appreciate the Second Person of the Godhead "giving up" the use of His
Dei
