Please look again. The Greek at Exodus 3:14 says "ego eimi o on" and
further God told Moses that he should tell the Israelites that "o on" had
sent him.

What does this translate to in English?

"And God spoke to Moses, saying, I am THE BEING(ego eimi o on); and he said,
Thus shall ye say to the children of Israel, THE BEING(o on) has sent me to
you." Exodus 3:14, Brenton's English Septuagint.

The term "ego eimi o on" appears nowhere in the GNT. The quite common
phrase 'ego eimi' does appear about 200 times throughout the LXX and GNT.

It is also interesting to note that the 'o on'(THE BEING) part was
emphasized in the LXX, not the 'ego eimi' part.

Peace to you and yours.

No, of course you won't. For that would mean having to admit
you are wrong. And that you will not do. THAT, Sarah, is
unchristian.

No, it is not. What YOU do is unchristian. For you teach
grave falsehoods even as you disguise their grossness under
smooth, gentle words.

Actually, no. You are quoting Him out of context. I wish I
could say I was surprised.

But since the 'peace' you wish is the peace of the world,
not the peace of CHrist, it does you no good if it 'returns'
to you.
